Attorney Mark Alderuccio is licensed to practice law in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He earned his B.A. from the University of Connecticut and his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law. With over three decades of experience in private practice, Attorney Alderuccio has been serving clients since 1990. Originally from the Connecticut region of New England, he has called Naples, Florida home for more than 25 years. Drawing on extensive knowledge across multiple areas of law, Attorney Alderuccio offers a pragmatic, well-rounded, and insightful approach to addressing his clients' legal matters & challenges.

Maddie earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Florida Gulf Coast University, where she passionately pursued a dual major in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies. Presently, she excels as the office manager and legal assistant for Attorney Mark Alderuccio. In this role, Maddie diligently collaborates with Attorney Alderuccio to provide exceptional care and attention to his clients' needs. Her dedication and expertise make her an invaluable asset to the firm.
